During this period, they will be doing their Bachelor’s project.

Naja will be part of a larger project on developing a new alpha-synuclein proximity ligation assay for use in Parkinson’s disease research. Naja will work on characterizing the new assay against existing proximity ligation assays using various cell models of Parkinson’s disease.

Nikoline will work with different cell lines to better understand the dysregulation of cellular calcium pathways involved in Parkinson's disease.

Welcome, Naja and Nikoline!
