Open Discovery Innovation Network (ODIN): Research in Biomarkers and Target validation - Second round

About ODIN:
The Novo Nordisk Foundation sponsored initiative aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry and in innovative therapeutics and diagnostics development. This is done by focusing on openness and networking under which one aim is the build a strong foundation of shared knowledge and methods for anyone to access, re-use or re-purpose. About the call and projects:
The initial projects funded by ODIN is within the areas of biomarkers and target validation. The projects should focus on collaboration with a wish to be a part of a bigger open environment. The whole initiative is centered around initiating collaboration between different partners, and for this matching process applicants are recommend to summit they project ideas as soon as possible. Final application deadline is the 12th of May. Read more about the call here.

Lundbeck Foundation Ascending Investigators 2021


Any research field with potential benefit for the advancement of neuroscience and/or therapies for nervous system disorders. The term ‘neuroscience’ is used here in its broadest sense, including medical, technical, natural and social sciences as well as humanities. 


We expect you to be an experienced and independent researcher with a demonstrated ability to conduct original research at a high international level, either as a permanent staff member at a university or in an equivalent position at a university hospital in Denmark. Researchers should have a track record of significant research achievements over the past five to ten years. We welcome applications from Danish-based researchers and researchers from abroad who wish to move to Denmark.
