Tuesday May 9 (Junior scientists + Research Column members):

14:00-15:00: Keynote speech by Professor Vijai Tiwari: Deciphering gene regulatory mechanisms underlying brain development and its disruption in neurological disorders.

15:00-17:00: Research Column Meetings (Research Column members)/Junior scientists in NAD (NAD Fellows + Junior scientists)

17:00-19:00: Networking and poster session

May 10 (Research Column members):

9:00-10:00: Keynote speech by Professor Per Borghammer: ‘Body-first vs. brain-first Parkinson’s disease –  a new disease model to explain motor asymmetry, non-motor subtypes, and dementia’

10:00-15:00: Research Column meetings

Who can participate?

Registration is open to members of the NAD Research Columns and junior neuroscientists at Danish universities (PhD students and postdocs).

Research Column members will receive an invitation via e-mail.

If you are junior neuroscientist (PhD student or postdoc) and you would like to participate in the event, please contact us here and provide your name, position, and institution.

Accommodation

NAD will provide rooms for participants travelling to Aarhus for the symposium. Limited rooms available – they will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
