Poster Presenters hang posters on their assigned poster boards between 8:00 and 8:30 on 2 May. The assigned poster numbers can be found in the Book of Abstracts, which will be sent out as a pdf in the end of April and distributed as a printed copy at the event. Posters will be located in the William Scharff Auditorium. Supplies to hang posters will be available to you on site.
Poster Presenters will need to be available to answer questions and discuss their work during one of the two scheduled Poster Sessions. Even poster numbers present in the first session, odd numbers in the last.
The NeuroCampus Aarhus Steering Committee will select a up to five abstracts for oral presentation (10 min talk and up to 5 minutes questions).
As a new feature, we will include two parallel flash presentation sessions, which will take place in the smaller Merete Barker and Eduard Biermann auditoriums, allowing more students and senior VIPs to orally present their research. There will be one session for basic and one for clinical research during each poster session break.
Each presenter will have maximum two slides (excl. a "cover" slide with the title, as well as name and affiliation of the presenter).
The NeuroCampus Aarhus Steering Committee will select up to 28 abstracts for flash presentation (3 min talk and no time for questions). In order to facilitate asking questions to the flash presenters, we will set up a stand/poster board, where the audience can meet the presenters, who can hang an "A4 version" of their poster, contact information, handouts, etc.
Flash presentations (PowerPoint file) must be sent in no later than 24 April, and will be put in one big presentation in order to ensure smooth execution of the talks.
If you have any questions regarding the format, please contact Susanne Schousboe Sjøgaard at Susanne@dandrite.au.dk.
Relevant distributors and suppliers are invited to have exhibitions in the Foyer areas of the Lakeside Lecture Theatres. NeuroCampus Aarhus is very grateful for their support of this event. Please visit the exhibitions during breaks.
